The highest number of shortages reported by the European Labour Authority (EURES) were related to construction and building trades, healthcare, IT, engineering, agriculture and manufacturing. Normandy apple orchards and dairy farms require seasonal workers for harvest and livestock operations. Seasonal Work Visa: Designed for short-term, seasonal employment, this visa allows foreign workers to work in agriculture, tourism, and other seasonal sectors in France. Traditional French agricultural operations with organic and sustainable farming practices. Mixed farming includes orchards, dairy, and vegetable production. Training provided in French agricultural techniques and EU farming standards.
Please note: The tax is payable for work authorizations for periods longer than 3 months, except for seasonal agricultural workers.
